Watching the tragedy that occured in Moncton today saddened me so. The three RCMP officers who lost their lives b/c someone else went cuckoo with guns. Too much of this happens in our world today. With this said, I started thinking of all those close to me who have passed away in the last few years. Too many of them also. The biggest hole i find in my life is the passing of my fiance in 2007. It just dawned on me that he died on my brothers birthday, March 6. Whenever i hear this song by James Blunt it reminds me so much of Rick. So many of the words say exactly what feelings there are. The part where he says "did i disappoint you, did i let you down" hits home for me as i left my soul mate before he died & now,  no one will ever know if we would have got back together or not. But i think of him constantly & i miss him so much. Sometimes, soul mates or not, you just can't live together. The final line in this song, "I'm so hollow baby....." a big reason why i am still single today.
