Awesome Sunrises & Blooms

I have been lucky enough to view some of the most amazing sunrises so far this spring. I love being out on the road early in the morning. The things i get to see at times are fantastic! I do wish they would come out with some sort of smell-o-vision tho because some of the aromas right now are incredible! The blooming lilacs, roses & other early summer flowers.

Bluesfest 2012 - Bad Habits

Another find from going to the Bluefest was Bad Habits. A Blues Band from PEI. Sadly their last performance was at the 2013 weekend as they went their different ways. This video turned out much better.

I was going thru a bunch of pics earlier & i came across a lot more of my favorites. It will be a good day when i finally have all my photos sorted, titled & or tagged & in the places they should be for easy finding!

Houses Along the Way

I have a thing for beautiful & unique homes, big old Victorians, barns & sheds. I especially love old rundown & abandoned homesteads (which there seem to be an abundance of!) I have my own word for going on a drive looking for these...i call it "ramshackling".  I happened on something new when editing some of the houses i shot this past weekend. When i finished them they reminded me of Currier & Ives paintings. I love this effect. What do you think?
