What a horrible, horrible thing to have occured! It's hardly believable this happened in our capital. Usually nothing of the sort happens in Canada...I sure hope nothing else like this happens again! Thoughts & prayers go out to the soldier who was shot & his family. God bless & keep you & pull you through this awful tragedy!
